Program Supervisor

Leverage your skills with Diversity to make an impact in people’s lives. We are seeking an energetic and passionate human services professional to serve as a Supervisor in one of our programs.
We are looking for a passionate leader who can successfully assist in directing program staff to provide high quality services to individuals we support. In this role you will help manage the day-to-day operations with the support of the Operations Director.

Bachelor’s degree in a human services related field or 5 years of experience in a human services delivery system including experience providing direction, development and implementation, direct supervision and monitoring (observation and evaluation of staff implementing care, service plans and interacting with clients) to the service provided.
– Must have a passion for and desire to work with people with intellectual disabilities and other physical or mental illness. At least 3 years’ experience providing support to persons with developmental disabilities
-Demonstrated leadership ability
-Ability to effectively establish and maintain meaningful relationships
-Ability to coordinate activities and services to meet the on-going needs of individuals served
-Strong follow through to ensure quality services, regulations and residents rights are upheld
-High energy, goal-oriented, and an ability to inspire people
-Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
– Must pass background investigation and central registry check.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Residential Setting | Multiple Positions Available 

Are you looking for a rewarding and exciting career where you can truly make a difference every day? Diversity Training & Support Center is seeking compassionate, energetic, and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in a residential home setting. As a DSP, you will play an essential role in helping individuals live fulfilling lives while building meaningful relationships and supporting independence.

In this role, you will work in a home environment, helping individuals with daily routines such as meal preparation, personal care, household activities, and participating in fun community outings. DSPs encourage individuals to develop life skills, reach personal goals, and enjoy everyday experiences such as shopping, attending community events, and engaging in hobbies. Every day is different—one moment you may be assisting with a life skill, and the next you may be celebrating a milestone or supporting someone in achieving a new level of independence.

We are currently hiring for various shifts including evening, overnight, and weekend positions. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others succeed. Experience working with individuals with IDD is helpful but not required—we provide training and support to help you grow in this meaningful career.

Documentation/Communication: ensuring information is shared by: completing progress notes at the end of each shift
• reading, documenting in communication books before and after each shift as appropriate
• writing reports immediately following an event ex. general and behavior event reports, etc.

We are looking for individuals with a degree in psychology, education, social work, occupational/recreational therapy, nursing, or other human services preferred for most positions. Previous experience working in the field is not required. We can teach the skills but you have to have the passion.
